As with EIAs, Environmental, Health & Safety Management Systems (EHSMS) are also fast becoming a more common feature in various industry sectors within the Middle East. EHSMS’s are used to proactively manage an organization’s environmental, health and safety risks in line with best practice EHS standards and binding EHS laws. In Abu Dhabi, EHSMS has now been legislated and is a mandatory requirement for all organizations within the Abu Dhabi Emirate.
